How long of a Due Diligence period do I have?

Buyers have 5 days to perform due diligence after signing a contract. We believe this is enough time to analyze a deal. 

How can I gain access to the property?

Some of our properties are vacant. You may access these properties after notifying us. Our occupied properties typically require more preparation. Please give us at least 24-48 hours to notify the tenants of your arrival. 

Can we use my attorney/paperwork?

Sure, we prefer to operate with the most favorable contract terms, and the most convenient attorney. We understand all deals require different fits. However, our company cannot always negotiate attorneys and contracts.
